Why Is Internet Marketing Tough Starting Out?

Internet marketing can be very profitable if you know what you are doing. Starting out as a new kid on the block was very tough but now you have to over come a lot of self doubt.  This is a new area that you are venturing into and the toughest part is to find a niche that you can get into and make some money.  A lot of people will tell you that you are crazy, it can not be done, etc.  Just remember to stay focused on the end result.

Pay Day

Pay Day

The hardest part of internet marketing was finding the right niche.  Day after day you try to come up with the perfect niche to jump into.  Once you chose and pick a niche, stick with it and move forward.  You choose that niche for a reason and if you do not make any money within that niche you will know within the first 10-14 days.  The one gold nugget is to move on and rinse and repeat however always make sure that you track and tweak the areas that are loosing you money.

Internet marketing the right way is very fun to do once you get the hang of it.  Always remember that you are trying to help others solve a problem that they are having once they go to Google or Yahoo or MSN.  Find a problem and create a solution to that problem.

Good post Greg – I believe the biggest hurdle is being able to follow a process without getting lost – there is so much information and so many opinions it is all too easy to fall down a rabbit hole. Many savvy marketers say they can pick up any niche and make money which indicates that they are fully offay with the process and can ‘buy in’ knowledge when needed.Does this make sense?RegardsPete
